ABOUT ME
She was also the Executive Producer of the MSU Roial Players Student Theatre Troupe and ran this organization for two years. She produced 5 shows with them ranging from student written sketch shows to full length plays running production meetings and constructing budgets. She was also the Vice President of They're So Dramatic MSU, who are a theatre group focused on highlighting queer and female stories and encouraging more representation in positions of power in the theatre community. ​
Abby Grantham (she/her) is a queer female director and producer based in NYC. She loves breathing new life into classic human stories in ways that aim to uplift queer and female voices within the world of theatre! She is most drawn to classic stories and adaptations. With a special passion for accessibility and community within theatre and a love of immersive and site-specific productions. Her most recent projects include directing a production of Defying Gravity at Michigan State University and Flight Plan with Daisy Theatrical as a part of the BLOOM Festival. She also collaborates with playwright Pablo Ceja as an associate producer with Lobsters International.
